    Job Brief

    We are seeking a talented and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team in Saint Charles, MO. In this role, you will be responsible for developing test applications. These test applications consist of adaptor cables and software scripts for a variety of DOD aircraft, including helicopters, fighters, large transports, and unmanned aircraft.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop test applications for Eclypse test equipment, including adaptor cables and software scripts
    • Perform circuit analysis and troubleshooting to ensure test applications meet performance and safety standards
    • Collaborate with other engineers and professionals to identify and solve technical challenges
    • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the avionics industry
    • Write technical reports and documentation to support the development process
    • Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery of products and services

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field
    • 5+ years working as an electrical engineer
    • 3+ years of experience in the product development cycle, including concept, component selection, design, product debugging, qualification test, documentation, and transfer to manufacturing
    • 3 years experience in programming and circuit design
    • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices
    • Ability to read and analyze electrical schematics
    • Experience with at least 2 programming languages, such as Python, VBScript, C++, and VB.net
    • Experience with Transistor logic
    • Experience with automatic cable test equipment, such as DITMCO, CK Technologies, or Cable Test, is a plus
    • Experience in cable design for the avionics industry and familiarity with aircraft connectors is a plus
    • Aircraft maintenance experience is a plus
    • Must be a US citizen
