Job Brief

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate. In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders: Accurately interpret order details and retrieve requested items from designated storage locations.
• Pick and pack orders: Efficiently locate, select, and verify the accuracy of ordered items, ensuring completeness and quality.
• Pack and label shipments: Securely package orders according to company standards, apply appropriate shipping labels, and prepare them for dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels: Conduct stock checks, report discrepancies, and assist with inventory replenishment processes. • Operate warehouse equipment: Safely and efficiently use equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software programs.
• Ability to lift and move moderate weight (up to 50 lbs).
