In the IT Project Lead role, you will interact with various partners, including domain experts, operational users, our Project Management Office, and IT team. Job responsibilities are as follows:

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project lead working on large projects in parallel with day-to-day operational requests from the business
• Waterfall, Agile and Scrum methodologies a plus
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• Good project management skills, ability to successfully handle various tasks, strong relationship building skills & interpersonal skills
• Must be able to facilitate project related meetings with business partners; drive project related discussions and deliver artifacts to ensure timely delivery of project landmarks
• Proficient computer skills in standard programs including, but not limited to: MS Office suite, SharePoint, TFS, MS Project, and SQL knowledge a plus
• Effective time management and organizational skills, and a detailed approach to problem solving ability to work under stress on a number of different projects simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills between all levels and departments within the organization as well as ambitious teammate to work in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment
