Job Description

Intern position onsite handling the following responsibilities:

• Requesting and organizing documentation for ingredients and primary packaging, managing Repositrak or whatever tool we choose to use for this purpose.
• Maintaining and updating the nutrition database in ESHA Genesis and Tamlin Manufacturing Conductor.
• Providing support for our Food Safety & Quality Leader on the maintenance of the Food Safety and related programs, allowing us to continue with SQF certification.

Hours: Part Time, <30 hours per week, we'll work with you based on your needs

Wage: $16/hour  

Qualifications

Good knowledge of computers is required, including Word, Excel, Internet, etc., ability to interact with other Sea Breeze Associates & customers, honest, pass drug & background check.  BS in a related degree preferred (or working towards one).
