    The Sales Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in streamlining our sales processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness from lead management to post-installation follow-ups. This role demands a proactive, organized individual who can seamlessly manage multiple tasks, ensuring our clients receive outstanding service while driving our sales operations toward achieving set goals. Responsibilities: • Manage and optimize lead flow through our CRM system, ensuring all potential clients are engaged promptly and effectively. • Produce accurate and competitive estimates using vendor software, aligning with client needs and project specifications. • Schedule and coordinate the timely delivery of materials, ensuring all resources are in place for installation projects. • Work closely with the installation teams to coordinate and oversee the installation process, ensuring timelines are met, and quality standards are upheld. • Interface with the billing department to ensure all fees are collected punctually, resolving any billing issues that may arise. • Compile and manage permit packages, ensuring all installations comply with local regulations and standards. • Maintain continuous communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Qualifications: • Proven experience in sales operations, project management, or a related field. • Proficiency in CRM software and vendor-specific estimation tools. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach. • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not mandatory. Compensation: $60,000
