Sea to Summit was established in 1990 and currently has offices in Western Australia, North America, Germany, and China. We currently have an excellent opportunity for a creative and motivated, organized, positive individual to join our team as our Marketing/Brand Communication Specialist in the Boulder, CO office.

    The Brand Communications Coordinator supports the marketing objectives of the Brand in the various forms and channels of communication and collateral creation. The position is responsible for the coordination and management of our partnership programs with Brand Ambassadors (Allies) and Influencers, along with other sponsorships and promotional partnerships.

    The Brand Communications Coordinator also serves as the main point of contact and coordinator with our non-profit and DEI partner organizations. This position will ensure timely and professional communications and organized coordination of partnership activities and needs. Brand Communications Coordinator helps amplify the "voice of the organization" to the outside world, advancing the brand’s objectives. This role will support a wide range of marketing campaigns to drive growth, brand awareness, customer conversion and loyalty. The Brand Communications Coordinator works closely with the North America Marketing Director to deploy brand initiatives and develop a variety of supporting material including emails, PR, presentations, sales collateral, newsletters, social media posts and general marketing collateral. This role works closely with, and in support of the, digital team, sales team and 3rd party consultants, as well as our global marketing team to align with the global strategy for social media communications and product marketing. The Brand Communications Coordinator will work in tandem with various departments and maintain a flexible attitude, supporting all the work that helps in achieving organizational goals, along with other duties as assigned.

    The ideal candidate has the following attributes:

    3+ years in a marketing role and Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent

    Demonstrated experience implementing campaigns or projects that focus on marketing communications, social media engagement, content creator management, and designing marketing collateral

    Understands elements of brand marketing and can effectively deploy them with moderate management direction

    Strong ability to communicate, coordinate, and collaborate across all functions and levels of staff

    Experience with marketing campaigns on social media

    Proficient in all MS Office and Adobe CC Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required

    Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics

    Hands-on experience with Shopify, Salsify, and Brandfolder, and similar web content management tools

    Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects at once, while meeting deadlines.

    Demonstrated commitment and ability to advance diversity and inclusion within the brand.

    Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently; strong ability to set priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful under pressure.

    Demonstrated ability to capture the voice of the organization

    Excellent communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills

    Flexible and adaptable when facing changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

    Strong organizational skills and highly detail oriented

    This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package which include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), retirement match, EAPs, paid time off, community service leave, paid holidays, RTD Pass, gear allowance, dog friendly office and some other great perks.
