Job Description
We are currently seeking to hire an Outbound Hospitality Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.
The ideal candidate is an individual with hospitality background and a minimum of 5 years venue, hotel, catering, or dmc sales experience for outbound sales team representing iconic Miami event megayacht venue serving South Florida from Miami to Palm Beach. Each candidate must possess strong closing skills. Multilingual ability is preferred. Multiple target sectors will each have an individual sales manager.
Our ideal representatives will be a well presented, well spoken and highly disciplined self starters. Familiarity with healthcare, financial, event planning, and/or catering sectors is an asset. Typical sales range from $35k - $250k per event.
Our company is expanding and offers excellent opportunity for substantial income growth. Compensation is base salary plus commission. We offer healthcare, sick leave and vacation.
