Our in-water Swim Guides are the star of the show! A guides day includes meeting your customers at the shop, swimming with the manatee, coaching customers how to legally interact with manatees, teaching a child or grandparent to snorkel, taking photos and more! With so much diversity, this is by far the coolest job you'll ever have! Don't be fooled though, it's not all fun and games, there's hard work involved too.

Our guides are responsible for the safety and behavior of their customers at all times. Guides must pass a USCG drug test and be subjected to random drug tests during employment. Guides abide by federal regulations that protect the marine wildlife from manatees to seahorses at all times. Guides need to arrive on time, and stay to help clean gear at the end of the day. Guides may be out in all types of weather conditions, while still showing how much fun they are having.

Guides are what makes a tour awesome! If you're friendly, hard working and responsible, we've got a place for you! We are willing to train the right personality, apply in person or via email. Part time or full time available. Commissions and tips available on top of a fair wage. Weekends and holidays required, as thats when we're busiest! Our team is waiting for you!
