Job Summary

We are for an enthusiastic individual to join our maintenance team. Basic knowledge of maintenance and painting is required.

As part of our Maintenance team, you should have experience with(basic- preventive) electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. You will have to report directly to our site maintenance supervisor.

Your primary goal is to ensure our Condominium is safe and functional for owners, guests and employees.

Salary is based on experience. Base salary beginning at 15.00 per hour. It is a requirement to work one weekend per month. More details will be provided at the time of the interview.
