Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fish Monger/Fish Cutter/Clam Shucker to join the team at our store.

Responsibilities

Cut and trim fish

Tend to customers

Receive and inspect fish as it arrives to the store

Follow high standards of sanitation and quality control

Stock, refill, and arrange products

Qualifications

Experience cutting fish, and/or shucking clams

Must be able to work weekends

Ability to stand for long periods of time
