Product Development – Seafood Industry

Join our team, where you’ll play a key role in innovating and improving seafood products. You’ll develop new prototypes, manage product rollouts, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities include:

• Creating and refining recipes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Production, and Sales.
• Assisting with food labeling, regulatory compliance, and documentation.
• Conducting product testing, tracking projects, and supporting commercialization efforts.

Requirements:

• Degree in Nutrition, Food Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with HACCP, food safety, and regulatory standards preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Genesis Software knowledge is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Japanese is a plus
