    Speech Language Pathologist-Hybrid (Alaska) Seagull Speech & Language Services LLC is seeking a dynamic and passionate full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As our SLP, you will be responsible for providing remote speech and language therapy to our students, with some on-site travel, to a school district in Alaska. All travel expenses are paid for and scheduling is flexible. This is an excellent opportunity to experience the breathtaking beauty and culture of Alaska! AAC skills/experience are required. You will assess and evaluate client needs, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document progress, and ensure positive outcomes. You will deliver high-quality therapy that promotes age-appropriate development and encourages students to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of speech and language development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to helping students achieve their goals. Responsibilities: • Evaluate speech/language delays and disorders via a multitude of digital and informal assessments. • Provide speech/language therapy and consultation according to the student's IEP. • Attend ESSER/IEP meetings and department meetings. • Communicate regularly with school staff and administrators. • Build positive relationships with students, staff, and families. • Be willing to travel on-site for 3, two-week visits throughout the school year. Qualifications: • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology • ASHA certification • AAC experience • Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills • Teletherapy experience Compensation: $57 - $63 hourly
