    CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER - VARIOUS LOCATIONS

    We’re looking for CLIENT SERVICES MANAGERS for various locations who will be responsible for overseeing the medication distribution system, scheduling all appointments, and coordinating school placements, creating a clinical treatment milieu and interfacing with collaterals. The Client Services Manager is a MEMBER OF THE CLINICAL TEAM AND SUPPORTS THE CLINICAL SUPERVISOR AND CLINICAL CASE MANAGER as necessary. The person we’re looking for will PERFORM WELL UNDER STRESS AND IN THE EVENT OF A CRISIS, WILL BE OPEN, SHOWCASING A DIRECT INTERPERSONAL STYLE OF COMMUNICATION, AND WILL BE ORGANIZED, DEPENDABLE, COMMITTED, AND MOTIVATED. This person brought on for this role is accountable and available to the 24-hour nature and needs of the Program.

    Required Skills

    DUTIES:

    • Assists the Clinical Case Manager with CLINICAL CASE MANAGEMENT of all clients with the program, including creating and maintaining client files, contributes to treatment progress and discharge reports, tracks and documents client data as assigned.
    • Coordination of collateral contacts for the program, including communicating with schools, social services agencies as directed.
    • Assists the Clinical Case Manager with the scheduling and documentation of all clinical and/or treatment-related appointments, and all client health related appointments.
    • Attends meetings necessary to the operation of the milieu and to ensure optimal treatment for all clients.
    • Responsible for the successful implementation and operation of advocacy.
    • Planning and leading two PAYA groups per week.
    • Completes program, department, or agency tasks as assigned.
    • Act in a manner to support youth treatment plans and goals.
    • Maintenance of program materials in adherence with state license and regulations.
    • Attends Agency and Department required meetings and training.
    • Participates in the program on-call rotating schedule.
    • To adhere to program and agency policies and procedures.
    • Notifies Program Director immediately in the event of a crisis, suspected illegal activity, or any behavior constituting an incident in the Program.
    • Supervision of staff related to medication management.
    • Assist with hiring new employees.
    • To perform other duties as assigned by the Program Director or Director of Community Services.

    Required Experience

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN HUMAN SERVICES, SOCIAL WORK, PSYCHOLOGY PREFERRED.
    • AT LEAST TWO YEARS’ EXPERIENCE IN HUMAN SERVICES PREFERRED; PAST SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.
    • Exceptional demonstrated writing and organizational skills; Exceptional demonstrated interpersonal skills.
    • Must have valid driver’s license and meet Agency requirements for driving history records.
    • Must be able to pass EEC CORI.
    • Must be MAP Certified or able to pass MAP Certification within 3 months of hiring.
    • Must have a reliable vehicle available to transport clients or provide other supportive services as necessary.
