We’re looking for a hardworking, reliable Sealcoat Crew Member to join our asphalt maintenance team. This role involves hands-on work applying sealcoat, crackfilling, and general pavement maintenance for residential driveways and commercial parking lots. If you like working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a tight crew—this is it.

Key Responsibilities

Apply sealcoat to asphalt surfaces using spray systems and Brushes

Perform crackfilling and surface prep (cleaning, edging, blowing, etc.)

Assist with loading/unloading materials and equipment

Operate basic tools and equipment (blowers, crack machines, spray rigs)

Maintain clean, safe job sites

Follow direction from crew leader and work efficiently as part of a team

Interact professionally with customers when needed

Requirements

Valid driver’s license

Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly

Comfortable working outdoors in heat and varying weather conditions

Strong work ethic and reliability (show up, work hard, repeat)

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a crew

Prior asphalt or sealcoating experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with sealcoat spray systems or squeegee application

Familiarity with crack sealing and asphalt maintenance processes

Work Schedule

Saturdays with occasional Sundays during peak season

Early mornings and long days during busy months (weather dependent)
