Knowledge of making asphalt repairs, applying sealcoat and crack fill to the asphalt. Knowledge of using the following machinery, Skid Loaders, Blowers, Crack Cleaners, and Spray Rigs are a plus. Must withstand outdoor heat in direct sunlight on hot asphalt. Capable NOT to smoke or have any smoking products or vapes on all job sites and follow our company rules and policies. Candidate must have valid NC driver's license and valid SS #.

Must Be Able to read a tape measure.

Show up to work in ON TIME!

Ability to have fun and passionate about striping!

Able to work night shift upon request.

Valid Drivers License and able to pass background check.
