    Job Description

    The contractor performance requirements are summarized into performance objectives that relate directly to mission essential items. The performance threshold briefly describes acceptable levels of service required for each requirement. These thresholds are critical to mission success.  Employees may be asked to: 

    • Capture, record, analyze and report to the Government selected metrics in each functional area which identify workloads, process efficiency, effectiveness, trends, and other factors.
    • Provide input to a configuration management (CM) plan meeting the CIO/G-6 and service provider approved configuration guidance that can be utilized when needed. The CM plan shall be presented quarterly on the service provider requirement form.
    • Conduct onsite monitoring of service provider approved hardware, software, desktop, laptop, and peripherals supporting the G-4 end users.
    • Support to the G-4 Continuity of Operations (COOP) Plan.
    • Monitoring ODCS, G-4 business application systems in order to ensure compliance with the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) authorization process, includes Information Assurance Vulnerability Assessment (IAVA) patch compliance and service provider Customer Care supported updates and patches
    • Provide NIPR and SIPR VTC configuration and system administration
    • Provide technical expertise in providing information for developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective computer and telecommunications security program and environment for both unclassified and classified information processing ensuring the ODCS, G-4 computer systems meet DoD and HQDA requirements
    • Provide program management and services in developing and sustaining a knowledge-based organization
    • Employ change management practices by using a comprehensive phased approach methodology, develop and monitor metrics for KM projects in support of the contractor proposed G-4 IT strategy plan.
    • Provide technical support to include design, development, deployment, overall functionality and sustainment of the G-4 SharePoint & AKO sites falling under the KMO/IMO oversight
    • Conduct an annual review and maintain a KM and IT strategic plan, for approval by the Government, which includes, at a minimum, objectives and long-term tasks, capacity and capability metrics to identify and define the levels of information and office automation resources required within the organization
    • Provide technical support to include design, development, deployment, overall functionality and sustainment of G-4 IT Architecture Planning and Management
    • Provide technical support to include design, development, deployment, overall functionality and sustainment of G-4
    • Custom Application Design, Development, and/or Maintenance. The contractor shall develop and/or maintain software for G-4 in-house applications
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Minimum Experience:

    • 3 to 5 years’ experience managing Army Information Assurance Training Programs
    • 3 years’ experience conducting network security violation investigations and reporting
    • Experience with Risk Management Framework and SP800-53
    • IAA must ensure regular archival files, changing, creating, and deleting user accounts as per requirements
    • 3 years’ experience leading and directing the team to resolve any issues related to information assurance
    • Experience with documentation and training required for emergency security measures when supporting critical operations training
    • Demonstrate experience executing an effective incident response program
    •  Experience developing project charters and plan of action and milestones in support of information technology projects
    • Must have excellent written and oral communications skills
    • Required DoD 8570 Level II IT Certifications: CASP, Additional Required Certifications: Certified Security Analyst.
    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Information Technology or similar field
    • Security Clearance: Required to have a U.S. Government security clearance (TOP Secret)
