About the Role:

Join Unique Window Treatments as a Seamstress, where your creativity and craftsmanship will bring beautiful window designs to life. We are looking for a passionate individual to help us achieve our mission of providing high-quality, custom window treatments that enhance the beauty of homes in Vero Beach, FL. Monday -Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM. Spanish or English speaking.

Responsibilities:

Construct and alter window treatments including drapes, curtains, and shades with precision.

Utilize sewing machines and hand-sewing techniques to ensure high-quality finishes.

Measure and cut fabric according to specifications and design requirements.

Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards before delivery.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any sewing or design issues that arise.

Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques to enhance skills and offerings.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a seamstress or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of sewing techniques, fabrics, and patterns.

Ability to operate industrial sewing machines and tools effectively.

Excellent attention to detail and a passion for craftsmanship.

Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
