ABOUT SFA Search Fund Accelerator is an innovative private equity firm designed to optimize an alternative investment model known as a Search Fund. SFA provides support and capital to entrepreneurs seeking to acquire, manage and grow a business as its CEO. Our entrepreneurs, or Searchers as we refer to them, are recent MBA graduates with experience in investment banking, consulting, operations management and private equity. THE ANALYST ROLE Analysts are paired with an SFA Searcher to assist in developing industry theses, lead generation & evaluating investment opportunities. Analysts may be responsible for overseeing 1-3 interns in addition to managing day to day operations including recruiting, trainings, and ad hoc projects. Former Analysts have continued their careers at firms including Goldman Sachs, Bain Capital, Bain & Co, McKinsey & Co, and Deloitte. Alumni have also followed our Searchers and accepted positions at SFA portfolio companies. REQUIREMENTS

• Commitment of 40 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Must obtain work authorization in the USA at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment
• Graduated in the past two years with a Bachelor's degree or an international equivalent
• Strong quantitative, analytical and research skills
• Thrive in a small team, startup environment
• Interest in private equity and entrepreneurship
• Fluency in English, both oral and written form

Analysts are compensated at the prevailing hourly minimum wage and the company pays for 100% of the employees health plan.
