We are presently accepting resumes for an accountant position with a family-owned company with diverse real estate holdings. If you have at least two years of accounting experience and have recently utilized QuickBooks, please read further.

Duties include:

GL account reconciliations and entries in a wide variety of areas such as fixed assets, depreciation, revenue accounts.

Liaison with internal and external attorney’s, auditors, tax professionals regularly.

Budget variance to actual research and reporting.

Business licenses and filing of corporate, real estate documents with county clerks’ office.

Job Requirements

B.S. Degree in accounting, finance, or business.

Two or more years’ experience in corporate accounting or public accounting with experience in QuickBooks

Familiarity with trusts and estates (1041, 706) preferred but not required.

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
