WHO OUR CLIENT IS:

Privately held pharmaceutical company that has been in business for over 100 years. The division you will support began 30 years ago and is focused on helping people access, afford, and remain on the treatments they need.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

You are responsible for handling inbound calls from patients, providers, and caregivers. You will deliver excellent customer service while working with them interactively to complete enrollment activities, answer basic program questions, and help coordinate access to therapies through the patient’s healthcare provider.

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or GED AND 4 years’ experience in a related field OR
• 2-year degree AND 2-years’ experience in a related field OR
• 4-year degree

Related fields include, but are not limited to, business administration, accounting, computer sciences, medical billing and coding or customer service.

SKILLS

• Strong customer skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
• Intermediate proficiency with working on a computer

TECHNOLOGY

• High Speed Internet Access
• Ability to hard wire for internet access – i.e. access to an Ethernet cord
