HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

EDUCATION:

• High School diploma

EXPERIENCE:

• At least 3 months previous experience in related field.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle escalated customer service situations

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

• Answering product and/or service questions.
• Make suggestions to customers about other services and products available.
• Update account information.
• Creating customers accounts to record customer information.
• Making appropriate corrections/adjustments when needed.
• Prepares product and service reports based information obtained from customers.
