Search Solution Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client who specializes in legal intake and call center solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Handle inbound customer service calls for companies all across the country.

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma

WORK EXPERIENCE:

One year of previous telephone, computer, and Internet navigation experience.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

• Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute.
• Ability to multitask.
• Strong spelling and written communication skills.
• Bilingual a plus.
