    Job Description

    PRODUCT MANAGER

    The product manager is responsible for communication through all areas of the company in relation to assigned product features. By defining all business and technology needs, the product manager will guide development and features from ideation to execution and launch. The product manager will act as the internal evangelist for assigned features, is an experienced, passionate individual who will lead Product Team and own the Product Management efforts. This is a high-profile role which will interface closely with Product Engineering, Design, and Business Teams. You should have proven experience with SaaS/PaaS products and user experience from the beginning through the entire lifecycle.

    You must be an excellent communicator who thrives in a demanding, fast-paced environment and can translate vision into solutions for our team and clients. The ideal candidate will have great sensibilities in internal product management and product initiatives. Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute
    • Shepard product requirement documents from ideation to engineering handoff
    • Manage working timeline and product launches
    • Ensure all team members are aware of and acting on key priorities and requirements in a fast paced environment
    • Specification and management of prototype building to test market fitness of features
    • Coordinate high quality product releases with internal QA teams

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Strong written communication skills
    • Process driven with strong organizational and planning skills
    • Experience synthesizing complex ideas into manageable work plans
    • Experience delivering products to market
    • Top-notch verbal communication and presentation skills
    • A great attitude; eagerness to both share, mentor and learn
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 5 years software product management experience
    • Management of technology and/or creative disciplines
    • Management of development and launch of products through multiple development cycles
