Responsibilities: • Keep agents informed of customer status and progress in the home buying/selling process, enabling swift and efficient action • Utilize scripts to effectively convey the team's value proposition, handle objections, and showcase our team's professionalism and integrity • Meet productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while promptly addressing customer inquiries (often sales leads) to fulfill customer requirements • Conduct outbound calls, communicate via email, and manage the sales pipeline to ensure the buying and selling needs of our customers are met • Gather client information, assess their eligibility, and qualify them before advancing them in the sales pipeline, ensuring an organized and streamlined sales process for our agents Qualifications: • Driven to succeed in sales and in life • Possesses relationship-building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities • Is dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken • You are a natural organizer, with everything in its place, and your time management skills are spot-on • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Compensation: $45,000 at plan earnings
