    Job Description

    POSITION: Operations Analyst

    The company is a leading nationwide provider of outsourced operations, maintenance, and engineering services for mission-critical infrastructure including telecommunication networks, renewable energy installations (solar and wind), electric vehicle charging stations, and large-scale power generation and batteries.

    POSITION SUMMARY

    The OPERATIONS ANALYST will support the Data Analytics Manager, and Executives with special projects including Salesforce systems development, process improvement initiatives, and financial analysis to execute on the Company’s highest priority strategic initiatives. Projects will include process automation, process improvement, and financial analysis.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work with the Data Analytics team and Salesforce developer to architect and continue development on a company-wide technology platform.
    • Facilitate meetings between Operations and Finance teams with a focus on job performance, KPIs and operational excellence
    • Work as a system administrator to ensure company-wide usage and bug fixes, in conjunction with the developer.
    • Work with Finance team on ERP system process improvements and integrations
    • Work with the Data Analytics team on process automation for field administrative activities.
    • Work with the Finance team on margin analysis to drive business insight around process improvement and cost savings opportunities.
    • Listen to field and office staff to understand bottlenecks in day-to-day operational activities.
    • Facilitate the sharing of best practices and training on new systems.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

    • 2 – 7 years of working experience in software development, product management, or analytics
    • 2+ years Salesforce Admin experience
    • NetSuite experience (preferred)
    • Power BI experience (preferred)
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
    • Strong Information Management skills
    • Datawarehouse experience – Snowflake preferable (preferred)
    • Excel skills including financial modeling and analysis of large data sets (preferred)
    • Strong listening skills and analytical capabilities to break down complicated problems into simple process steps
    • Clear communication skills to work with senior executives and remote field technicians
    • Strong sense of urgency as a self-starter
