Responsibilities include:

• Lead a high quality, high quantity recruiting/career lead generation effort for Novice/Experienced Recruiters.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive diversified sourcing strategy- driving a consistent level of high-quality lead flow.
• Able to effectively screen, build relationships with candidates, and present the unique value proposition of the opportunity for that person.
• Guide and manage all steps of the process in partnership with the Franchisee, all the way through from sourcing, intro call, discovery day, FDD to onboarding efforts
• Use state of the art technologies to develop interest through focused automated campaigns

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Track record of success in lead development and conversion
• Ability to close the deal.
• Outstanding relationship management, negotiation, and collaborating/influencing skills in working with all levels of advisors.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent.
• Highly coachable
• 5+ years of experience.
• Staffing and Recruiting experience a huge plus
• Ability to produce results working independently as well as working part of a team working to specific goals.
• Ability to create and implement change, drive results, and hold others accountable. Take a strategic focus and translate the vision into tactical actions.
• Extensive Project Management experience required, preferably (but not exclusively) in leading operational, on-boarding, and recruiting projects.
• Ability to monitor and service remote and/or multiple office locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Some travel required.
