Job Description
Our client is setting a new industry standard in AI ad optimization, and they're looking for a talented Client Services Manager to join their growing team. The role requires a deep understanding of the Amazon marketplace and someone who can lead a dynamic team. As Client Services Manager, youll consult with large, Enterprise brands on strategies to scale growth and optimize performance. The ideal candidate is an Amazon expert who can analyze emerging trends to execute a clients vision and accomplish business goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily management of brand portfolio of enterprise clients
- Collaborate with leadership to implement e-commerce strategy for clients
- Guide clients on product launches and expanding their e-commerce business through content, paid media, and other initiatives
- Direct workflow across cross-functional teams for marketplace insights and management
- Analyze trends and performance results to offer strategic recommendations on optimization to increase ROI
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in an account or client management role at a media or ecommerce agency highly preferred
- History of working with large Enterprise and Global brands in media, ecommerce, or consulting, and the ability to manage client expectations and priorities
- Strong presenter with experience presenting to mid and senior-level clients
- Fluent in the Amazon marketplace, including operations, performance, vendors, and key metrics
- Experience in paid search and Amazon advertising including keyword research, campaign creation, and bid optimizations
