    JOB SUMMARY:

    • Primarily phone work in a call center atmosphere.
    • Specialist engages in daily activities to ensure that routes are efficient for the scheduled day, require minimal technical intervention, minimize costs to the business and keep promises to customers.
    • Contacts customers and creates service orders for appliance technicians
    • Responds to customer service issues
    • Route drivers to worksite and plans for any route concerns
    • Uses computer system tools for processing orders, phone calls and planning routes or changes in routes.
    • Sends or answers messages and phone calls as required by business.
    • Communicates with routing team, technicians, customers, support departments and managers on any issues that might affect timely delivery of service to the customer
