Ideal candidates are well versed in ages and stages of development, and are highly skilled with infancy through 5 years of age. Candidates will be familiar with redirection methodologies, positive reinforcement and giving choices to empower the child's self esteem. We are looking for creative, happy and upbeat nannies that have longevity at past positions, and can help parents navigate through the first few years of their baby's life. Again, longevity is key as they are looking for someone who wants to grow with their family if they have another baby in the next couple of years. Ideal candidates are comfortable to do anything baby related but also help chip in so parents can also spend quality time with their little one.
