    • This full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexible virtual work options. Mandatory overtime may be required.

    We’re hiring a full-time Seasonal Analyst to review and process residency and fellowship application documents within our ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Services) department.

    Requirements:

    • Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint, along with strong analytical and administrative abilities.
    • Experience: 2+ years in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Experience in medical education documentation is a plus.
    • Education: High school diploma required, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

    Job Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Process and review residency and fellowship application documents.
    • Collaborate with management and peers to ensure timely and accurate document handling.
    • Tackle unique applicant cases, ensuring proper resolution with manager approval.
    • Perform additional tasks.
