Job Description
** Role Requirements**
- To have the ability to prepare and present consistently high-quality breakfast dishes and service in a scratch kitchen for up to 48 guests daily
- Have a good knowledge of kitchen operations
- The ability to work, multi-task and communicate well, in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Exceptional food safety and hygiene management
- Experience in a high standards fine dining restaurant, hotel or Inn
- Will work closely with executive chef to achieve consistency and to meet all management standards
Qualifications
Experience as a line cook, sous chef or similar
2+ year experience cooking
Culinary Degree or equivalent experience
Additional Information
Shared Housing available for $150/week
6:30 a.m. - 1:30 a.m. / 5 days week
