The Role

The Driver at Found Rental Co. is both a frontline brand ambassador and a field leader responsible for transportation, delivery execution, and crew guidance. This role encompasses all expectations of an Installation Team Member while adding ownership of vehicle operation, route execution, team leadership, and onsite coordination.

Drivers represent Found from the moment they arrive onsite, ensuring professional client interaction, safe transportation of inventory, and efficient execution of installs and strikes. They lead delivery crews, communicate in real time with dispatch, and protect both the company’s assets and reputation through responsible driving and leadership.

This role is ideal for a dependable, safety-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and takes pride in leadership and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving & Transportation Leadership

· Safely operate company vehicles including 16'–26' box trucks

· Conduct vehicle inspections before and after shifts

· Ensure trucks are loaded properly and safely

· Maintain compliance with all driving regulations and company policies

· Maintain a clean driving record and proper documentation

· Coordinate routes and timing with dispatch

Event Delivery, Setup & Strike

· Perform all responsibilities of an Installation Team Member

· Lead delivery and strike teams onsite

· Load, unload, and transport inventory safely

· Ensure equipment placement aligns with client expectations

· Conduct walkthroughs with clients before and after setup

Crew Leadership & Communication

· Serve as the field lead for assigned crews

· Mentor and support team members

· Provide clear instructions and maintain efficiency

· Communicate real-time updates to dispatch and operations

· Manage labor pacing to meet budgeted timelines

Inventory Care & Quality Control

· Inspect items for damage or missing pieces

· Report issues immediately

· Ensure proper protection and handling of inventory

· Verify accurate paperwork and documentation

Safety, Compliance & Professionalism

· Follow and enforce safety protocols

· Adhere to venue rules and regulations

· Ensure compliance with California meal and rest break laws

· Represent Found professionally onsite

Team & Warehouse Support

· Assist with warehouse duties when needed

· Support large installs and special projects

· Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

· Valid Driver License and clean driving record

· Proven experience driving 16'–26' box trucks

· Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical work

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Dependability and strong work ethic

· High attention to detail

· Ability to problem-solve in real time

Job Structure & Compensation

· Part-Time or Seasonal

· Hourly pay, paid weekly

· Flexible schedule based on event needs

Evenings and weekends requiredPay Range: $21-24 per hour
