About Us: Roll & Co is a fresh and vibrant quick-service restaurant specializing in build-your-own Vietnamese Spring Rolls, bowls, and craft drinks. Located inside the Brea Mall food court, we bring bold flavors, fun vibes, and quality service to every guest.

Position Overview: We’re looking for energetic and friendly Seasonal Front of House (FOH) Team Members to join our team through January 2026. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, loves interacting with guests, and wants to be part of an exciting, growing brand. There’s also an opportunity for this seasonal role to transition into a permanent position based on performance and business needs.

What You’ll Do:

· Greet guests with a warm, positive attitude

· Guide guests through our menu and help them build their rolls and bowls

· Prepare and serve food & drinks according to our quality standards

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the FOH area

· Process orders and handle payments quickly and accurately

· Support the team during busy mall holiday traffic

What We’re Looking For:

· Outgoing, positive, and guest-focused personality

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

· Strong teamwork and communication skills

· Reliability and flexibility to work mall holiday hours (weekends, evenings, extended hours)

· Prior food service or retail experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training!

Details:

· Location: Roll & Co – Brea Mall Food Court

· Seasonal role: Now through January 2026

· Compensation: $16.50 + tips (average $4 extra per hour)
