About the Role:

TPJ SERVICES LLC is looking for a hardworking Temporary Foundation Waterproofing Laborer to join our crew in Burnsville, MN. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in the foundation and waterproofing industry while working alongside a skilled team. Responsibilities:

Assist with foundation waterproofing installations, repairs, and related tasks on residential and/or commercial job sites

Excavate and prepare areas around foundations for waterproofing applications

Apply waterproofing membranes, sealants, and drainage systems under supervisor direction

Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely and efficiently

Transport, load, and unload materials and equipment as needed

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site in compliance with safety standards

Follow instructions from crew leads and project supervisors to meet project timelines

Requirements:

Prior construction, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred but not required

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Ability to follow safety protocols and on-site instructions

Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to job sites in the Burnsville, MN area is a plus
