Your Role:
As a Fulfillment Associate, you are a key player in our warehouse & logistics team, responsible for the efficient handling, organization, and dispatch of our products and orders. You ensure that every item we send meets our high standards and that inventory is meticulously managed.
What You'll Be Up To:
- Picking and Packing: Carefully select and pack products according to specific order requirements, ensuring accuracy and quality in every package.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records to ensure availability and prevent discrepancies.
- Shipping and Receiving: Efficiently handle incoming shipments, verify quantities and quality, and place materials in proper locations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for any defects or damages to maintain the integrity of our brand and customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other necessary tools.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse environment clean and organized to foster a safe and productive workspace.
What You Need To Bring:
- Experience: 1-3 years in a warehouse environment. Bonus points if it's in picking, packing, and inventory management.
- Detail-oriented Perspective: Sharp attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
- Physical Capability: Comfortable performing physical activities, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for prolonged periods.
- Skills: Proficient in using inventory management software and comfortable with technology.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and utilize new technologies and methods.
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, able to work well in a dynamic team environment.
- Drive: Desire to make an impact at a fast-paced, growing start-up
- Critical Thinking: Skills and ability to problem-solve effectively
