Property Upkeep: Ensure all guest-facing areas are clean and reflect the brand’s high-quality standards.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance on mowers, tractors, and other outdoor machinery.

Machinery Skills: Must know how to drive a tractor and operate standard maintenance equipment.

Physical Ability: Capable of performing strenuous manual labor and lifting heavy loads in various outdoor weather conditions.
Reliability: Ability to commit to a Wednesday through Sunday schedule, including all weekends.
