Logo Shop Retail Sales Associate - Coeur d' Alene Resort (Seasonal)
Job Summary
This is a seasonal position expected to last from April through October or what's best for
the business needs, supporting our peak summer workload. You would be responsible for
learning product information, selling merchandise, operating a cash register, and POS
system while assisting customers and providing high class customer experience.
Essential Functions
• Responsible for day-to-day Logo Shop operations and guest experience
• Selling and inventory control
• Maintain an attractive storefront and work to achieve merchandising profitability
with superior service
• Receiving, pricing and displaying a variety of products
• Merchandise returns
• Make good use of idle time
• Works well with others
• Knowledge of POS system
Job Requirements
• 1-2 years retail experience
• Must be 16 years of age
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Able to physically stand, bend, squat, and able to lift up-to 50 pounds

Must maintain a minimum of 30 hours per week or more.
Variable-hour team members could be eligible 12 months after their date of hire, with supervisor approval, so long as they have averaged 30+ hours per week throughout their first year.

Team members are eligible to participate at the age of 21 or greater and at the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
2% match with a 4% contribution from the team member.
PTO :
6 months gets 7 PTO days - 728 hours (average 28 hours per week)
1 year gets 10 PTO days - 1,456 hours (average 28 hours per week)
2-4 years gets 15 PTO days - 1,456 hours (average 28 hours per week)
5+ years gets 20 PTO days - 1,200 hours (average 23 hours per week)
