    We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Seasonal & On-Call Catering/Concession Culinary Team Member to join our team for catering events, special events, and our concession concept, The Cove at the Sawdust Festival.

    This position is ideal for someone with strong culinary experience who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys both food preparation and guest-facing event service. Sushi experience is a major plus. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

    Responsibilities:

    Assist with food preparation, setup, plating, and garnish for catering events and concession service

    Support event execution, including buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown

    Maintain food quality, presentation standards, cleanliness, and organization

    Work collaboratively with culinary and service teams during events

    Provide professional and friendly guest service during catering functions

    Assist with concession BOH operations at The Cove during Sawdust Festival seasons in the summer and winter

    Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times

    Qualifications:

    Previous culinary or kitchen experience required

    Sushi experience strongly preferred

    Catering and/or event service experience preferred

    Bilingual is a strong plus

    Ability to work seasonal, flexible, and on-call schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

    Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work efficiently under pressure

    Ability to lift and carry catering equipment and supplies as needed
