    Job Type : Seasonal, Part-Time, Temporary

    Required Work Dates: April 6th-April 26th

    Shift: Day and Evening shifts available; 11 am to 6:30 pm & 6:30 pm to 3 am

    Valid Commercial driver’s license (CDL) Required**

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Part-Time Shuttle Bus Driver to provide safe, reliable, and friendly transportation for guests at one of our RV communities. This role will primarily transport residents and guests to and from a local festival located near the community. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, punctual, professional, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Duties may include all duties reasonably associated with operating a shuttle bus at one of our RV communities, including, but not limited to:

    • Safely transport residents, guests, and staff to and from the local festival near the RV community.
    • Ensure timely and efficient shuttle service, adhering to scheduled routes and designated pickup/drop-off times.
    • Conduct routine safety inspections of the shuttle bus before and after shifts.
    • Maintain a clean, orderly, and presentable vehicle at all times.
    • Provide excellent customer service, assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking as needed.
    • Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate trip logs, documenting any delays, issues, or incidents.
    • Promptly report any accidents, incidents, maintenance concerns, or unusual occurrences to the Community Manager.Maintain a professional, courteous, and positive demeanor when interacting with residents, guests, and team members.
    • Address passenger questions or concerns in a solution-oriented and respectful manner.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement required.
    • Clean driving record.
    • Minimum of two (2) years of professional driving or shuttle bus experience.
    • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and follow established schedules.
    • Ability to assist with lifting or carrying heavier items when needed.
    • Ability to remain calm under pressure and in high-traffic event environments.
    • Professionalism: Must maintain a courteous and professional attitude toward residents, coworkers, and management.
    • Teamwork: Demonstrates a team-player mentality and a willingness to assist others when needed.

    Requirements

    • Reliable personal transportation to and from work.
    • Available to work between April 6th, 2026 to April 26th, 2026; including weekends and day/night shifts
    • Valid Commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record and ability to safely operate a vehicle.
    • Ability to sit and drive for extended periods of time while operating a vehicle.
    • Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach as needed throughout the shift.
    • Ability to assist passengers with mobility devices such as walkers or small luggage.
    • Sufficient vision (with or without corrective lenses) to safely operate a commercial vehicle.
    • Adequate hearing ability to respond to traffic sounds, emergency signals, and passenger needs.
    • Ability to operate vehicle controls, including steering, braking, and shifting, for extended durations.
    • Ability to enter and exit the shuttle vehicle multiple times per shift.
    • Ability to assist with lifting or carrying heavier items when needed.
    • Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
    • Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions.
    • Maintains a positive attitude toward daily responsibilities and upholds company standards.
    • Must treat all residents and guests with respect, responding promptly to work order requests.
    • Willingness to complete random drug testing as required, in compliance with all applicable Local, State, and Federal regulations
    • Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of any lawfully permitted background check conducted after a conditional job offer, consistent with Local, State, Federal, and other applicable laws
    • Must meet company standards for reliability and trust appropriate for a position of responsibility within a residential community
