Production Helper We are seeking 1–2 dependable Production Helpers to join our team for the SUMMER!. This is a great opportunity for a high school or college student who is hardworking, reliable, and ready to learn in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will support production operators by helping keep materials organized, assisting with packaging and shipping, and contributing to a safe, clean, and efficient workspace. This position requires someone who is comfortable being active throughout the shift and able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist operators with cutting and slitting packaging materials

Help box finished product and package pallets for shipment

Maintain proper material placement so operators can work safely and efficiently

Organize cutting and slitting areas for cleanliness, safety, and material accuracy

Assist with inventory counts and help maintain inventory accuracy

Pull and verify materials and supplies listed on production orders

Perform basic quality checks on completed work for accuracy

Locate, pack, and prepare materials for shipping

Document materials, units delivered, and storage locations

Help prepare finished goods for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product

Record product shipment information accurately

Learn and follow workplace safety procedures and expectations

Qualifications:

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds

Ability to stay active with full-body and hand movement throughout the shift

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Dependable with reliable transportation to and from work

Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
