The Class is seeking energetic, hospitality-driven Studio Support Associates to help bring our Montauk Summer Residency to life.
This is a temporary, part-time seasonal position perfect for someone who loves people, hospitality, wellness, and the unique energy of a summer community. If you're the type of person who notices the little things, enjoys creating memorable experiences, and gets excited about being part of something special from the ground up, we'd love to meet you.
As a Studio Support Associate, you will help uphold the operational, aesthetic, and energetic integrity of The Class environment through thoughtful hospitality, attention to detail, and hands-on support. You will work closely with Teachers, leadership, and fellow team members to ensure the studio operates smoothly while maintaining the welcoming and emotionally safe atmosphere The Class is known for.

Compensation & Benefits
In addition to competitive pay of $20–$25/hour based on experience, employees will have complimentary access to Class in the Montauk Studio and a year of complimentary access to The Class Digital Studio as well as discounts on select retail.
