Duties Include:

• Prepare and file accurate federal and state tax returns for individuals and small businesses
• Conduct client interviews to gather financial information and ensure compliance with tax laws
• Utilize SteadyFlow’s tax software to complete returns efficiently
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling client data
• Provide excellent customer service and answer tax-related questions
• Participate in ongoing training and stay current on tax updates
• Promote SteadyFlow’s services through referrals and community engagement
• Meet performance goals and deadlines during tax season
