Job description

Great base wage with ability to make up $20.00- $26.00 with commission (bonus)

Assign and dispatch chauffeurs to fulfill ground transportation reservations and requests.

Essential Functions

Ensure each reservation is dispatched accurately and efficiently to allow drivers adequate time to reach their pickup location safely, and to meet their required spot time.

Document all incidents properly and inform the proper department.

Assist drivers with directions, itineraries, or any special requests by guest as necessary.

Assist reservation department for location of vehicle, directions, changes, or any special instructions.

Monitor all airline flights, and adjust schedule when applicable.

Multitask to resolve multiple situations as they happen.

Other duties as assigned and requested

Schedule:

Full-time

5 days a week, 8 hour shifts

Must be available to work weekends, holidays and 3-11PM shifts

Office in Millcreek Utah
