About Nick Sztapka and Tobin Mason – Managing Partners: Nick Sztapka and Tobin Mason are a dynamic leadership duo at Modern Woodmen, each bringing unique strengths and shared values to their roles as Managing Partners. Tobin, who joined Modern Woodmen in 2007, brings years of entrepreneurial experience and a steady, people-centered leadership style shaped by his time running small businesses. Nick, who began his MWA journey in 2018 after working in a corporate account specialist role, brings an energetic and growth-driven approach, connecting deeply with others through mentorship and vision.

Outside of their professional responsibilities, both are deeply rooted in family and community. Tobin enjoys coaching Little League baseball, traveling, and spending time outdoors with his children. Nick is a devoted husband and father who loves hunting, fishing, golfing, and sharing bonfire evenings with loved ones. What unites them is their commitment to building teams with purpose, investing in people’s stories, and fostering a culture where families and advisors alike can thrive. Position Overview: As a Financial Professional at Modern Woodmen, you play a vital role in addressing members' financial needs, demonstrating leadership in the community, and driving the growth of the local office. Qualifications:

Life License (required or willingness to quickly reinstate/obtain)

SIE, 6, 63, and 26 OR 7, 63, 24 (required to obtain if not active)

Strong community connection

Leadership skills and effective communication ability

Strong background in sales or customer service

Following foundational training, our Region is committed to providing extensive field and office support to new Managing Partners.
