Responsibilities: • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Show good organizational and time management skills • Great communication and social skills • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Past sales experience is preferred • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Compensation: $50,000
