Remote Job - AI Customer Success Associate
We are looking to hire a detail-oriented self-starter whom we can rely on to become the backbone of the AI Software Account Management / Client Services team. The Role and Who You Are:
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients and ensuring we are delivering against the clients’ needs week after week. You will use our proprietary AI job-matching technology to find and engage qualified individuals for open positions across our client base - roles you are sourcing for range from early-stage VC-backed organizations to large enterprise companies.
We are looking for someone who is organized and process-oriented as you will be owning our client relationships. It’s also key that our clients trust you. Thus, having a background in talent acquisition, recruiting, and/or recruiting tech customer success is ideal as this is the world our clients hail from.

You have the following education, experience, and expertise:
2 or more years of sourcing & recruiting experience
Subject matter in customer service and candidate/client experience
Data-driven execution and management style
Proven success delivering results in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth, yet collaborative environment – requires a strong sense of urgency
Working autonomously and with a diverse array of management styles, communication styles, and stakeholders
Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners, and recruiting consultants)
Experience successfully using sourcing tools and resources such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, and more
The Day to Day (examples of day to day activities in this role but not limited to):
Own the client relationship, including expansion and renewal
Run weekly client status, strategy, and feedback calls
Develop strategies to grow existing service revenue in partnership with sales
Source qualified candidates through our suite of technology platforms
Support a variety of open roles, including technical and business roles
Leverage other recruiting and sourcing tools to generate candidate pipeline
Write engaging messaging and run campaign tests to optimize the candidate engagement process
Manage candidate replies
Train and coach junior team members who dotted line report to you
Measure key metrics like platform success, candidates conversion rates, and time-to-hire

Salary Plus Bonus: $80,000 - $96,000
