    DESCRIPTION

    Do you have a passion for primary care and leading others? Do you want to be at the forefront of the innovations happening in primary care?

    In this role, you will be responsible for clinical quality, patient experience, and productivity for a group of 4-6 providers. You will also deliver care to your own patient panel at our network of brick-and-mortar locations and through chat and telemedicine.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

      • Provide continuity and urgent care to a panel of patients.
      • Plan, organize, direct and be responsible for the overall operation of our flagship clinic.
      • Supervise and support the professional development of medical staff, including chart review, organizing CME opportunities, conducting meetings, and providing training on clinical topics, policies, and procedures.
      • Oversees quality improvement and quality management.
      • May be responsible for developing and implementing programs to improve quality, cost, and outcomes.
      • Provide clinical consultation and serve as clinical/strategic advisor to enhance clinical operations.
      • Identifies and develops opportunities for innovation to increase effectiveness and quality.

      • You are previous experience as a team or project leader, with a strong desire to constantly improve our clinical offering

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

      • Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine and licensed to practice in California
      • Minimum 3-5 years post-residency experience in a primary care setting
      • At ease learning and adapting to new technologies
      • Familiar with venture-backed startups and processes (hiring, product management, OKRs)
