Once you come home to Santa Barbara, it is hard to imagine living anywhere else<br /></p><p>Hospital accounting and managerial experience required.<br />One year of supervisory/management experience<br />Five years of accounting experience, including experience in a not-for-profit</p><p>Direct all aspects of maintenance and reporting on accounting records. This position works collaboratively with finance management and other departments to ensure support for financial operations, and coordinates accounting for alternative investments, fixed assets, interest expense, self-insured liabilities, physician guarantees and other information required for annual audits.<br /><br />Minimum Qualifications:</p><p>&middot; Bachelor's degree in a business-related area</p><p>&middot; Active California CPA licensure preferred.</p><p>&middot; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and integrated financial systems</p><p>&middot; Five years of accounting experience, including experience in a not-for-profit</p><p>&middot; One year of supervisory/management experience </p><p>&middot; Hospital accounting and managerial experience required.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Benefits - Full<br />National Relocation Assistance Available</p>
