Required skills & experience

• 5-7 Years of Human Resource experience
• Heavy ER (employee relations) experience – They would be on the ground level in employee investigative knowledge
• Strong knowledge of labor laws (specifically CA + other states)
• Supervisory experience of 3+ years and demonstrate the ability to successfully manage others.
• Two direct reports – 2 HRBPs
