    Job Summary

    We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for a Seasoner position in a food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating seasoning equipment, ensuring products are properly coated to quality standards, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting and following food safety procedures.

    Pay: $16.50–$17.20 per hour
    Shifts Available:

    • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
    • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
    • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

    Responsibilities

    • Operate and monitor seasoning equipment during production.
    • Measure and apply seasonings according to product specifications.
    • Ensure products meet quality and appearance standards.
    • Perform visual inspections and report any issues or inconsistencies.
    • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
    • Follow all food safety, GMP, and sanitation requirements.
    • Keep work areas clean and organized.
    • Assist with changeovers and other production duties as needed.
    • Work safely and follow company policies and procedures.

    Qualifications

    • Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred, but not required.
    • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    • Must be dependable with good attendance.
    • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

    Physical Requirements

    • Prolonged standing and walking.
    • Frequent lifting, bending, and reaching.
    • Ability to work around food ingredients, seasonings, and production equipment.
    • Comfortable working in varying temperatures and a manufacturing environment.
